I’m really hoping to roll out some self-service stuff from my team this year, but this is a big concern. We already have operations team members asking for data to run their own analyses, but it’s hard to impress on them how complex this stuff is and how critical understanding the data is for proper analysis.

I’d love to set up a system where we’ll build the data structures and they’ll have a locked-down tool to let them pull some numbers on their own. Any tips on how to train people to effectively use a self-serve portal?
